Newcomer Classes

Holy Cross offers at least once a year a class for those interested in learning more about our Christian beliefs with particular emphasis on the Episcopal Church.  The class is open to all and covers such topics as Church  History, Holy Scripture, Sacraments, Church Organization and Administration, The Book of Common Prayer, and Theology.   The class uses an informal format starting with a short presentation on the topic followed by group discussion.  The purpose of the class is to enable individuals to be better informed about why it is we do what we do and if it is their desire to enable them to make a formal commitment to the Episcopal Church through being confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church.  Interested individuals should contact Fr.
