Adult Education Opportunities:

The parish of Holy Cross will have a Lenten Series using the book "Lord, Teach Us: The Lord's Prayer and the Christian Life." It will be led by Jay Casler between the 8:00 and 10:15 services starting at 9:00 AM. He will start the First Sunday of Lent (February 26) and end the last Sunday of Lent (March 25), lasting a total of 5 Sundays. It will consist of reading two short chapters (about 20 pages total) before each meeting and engaging in discussion based on that reading. If your are interested please sign up during the next two Sundays or email Michael (ilm-cobb2@ec.rr.com). We will need to know by Sunday, February 12 so that we may order enough books for the participants and hand them out on Sunday, February 19. In this way, all the participants will be able to read the designated chapters before our first meeting.

All are welcome to join this Bible study group, which has been meeting for several years. One can join at any time; membership varies, as does attendance, so please feel free to try a session or two to determine if you wish to join.
